PLASTIC 3D PRINTING

Thanks to over 15 years’ experience in plastic 3D printing, machinery equipped with all the latest technologies and an extensive and diverse material portfolio, BEAMIT Group has complete control over production processes and guarantees the highest quality components.
With use of six cutting-edge technologies and an exclusive post-processing division, the plastic 3D printing department covers the entire value chain from producing functional components through to perfecting a product’s aesthetic finish.
Our technologies for plastic 3D printing
Selective laser sintering (SLS)
Selective laser sintering (SLS) is the ideal technology for producing small batches as well as components for building large-scale models that are assembled and finished in our post-production department.
FDM 3D printing
FDM technology enables the creation of large-scale models using end-use materials with exceptional mechanical properties.
A wide range of materials is available for this technology, each with distinct thermal and mechanical properties and certified for different industrial sectors.
HP Multi Jet Fusion
HP Multi Jet Fusion is a perfect AM technology for creating small series productions of functional elements very fast. The HP Fusion 3D Printer uses an innovative system that builds layer by layer, alternating material with a jetted agent so the layer can solidify and fuse.
PolyJet Technology
With PolyJet technology we can build models in different plastics and rubbers with varying degrees of hardness. It is a gateway to many possibilities, such as insert molding, and using completely transparent materials or even sterilizable and biocompatible materials.
Stereolithography (SLA)
Stereolithography (SLA) technology uses epoxy resins so we can produce exceptionally detailed models, even with perfectly transparent resins.
Silicone molds
Once a master has been printed with stereolithography (SLA) or PolyJet technology, a silicone mold is made so the specific part can be reproduced multiple times and even in a range of different end-use materials.
This production method is superb for small batches or creating pre-productions in the end-use material (rapid manufacturing).
OUR SERVICES

LASER POWDER BED FUSION (LPBF)
Laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) is an additive technology for producing functional components that uses the heat from a fiber laser to scan and fuse metal powders.

METAL 3D PRINTING EBM
Of the currently available AM technologies, EBM (Electron Beam Melting) is the best for producing metal prototypes and/or series production that are ready for testing or use as finished components.
